mESMeRICK’s web site and shop is still in its infancy so we welcome any suggestions for improvements or for the addition of product lines that you, our customer, would like to see available.
In this competitive world we offer a professional and reliable service built on our own knowledge gained in over thirty years in the creation of our own products.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure information on the site is correct we reserve the right to withdraw from any transaction at any point and without reason.
Because our products are individually hand made and hand cut they may vary slightly in colour and form from those shown in the photographs.
Under the distance selling regulations 2000, you, the consumer, have the right to cancel any contract of sale within 7 days.
If the goods you order are not available from our stock for immediate delivery, we will offer you the option to either wait for the item to become available or give you an immediate full refund. If goods are out of stock we guarantee a refund will be issued within 24 hours. If you opt to wait for the stock to become available, we will give you an estimated delivery time which we will do our utmost to adhere to.
The descriptions used on the website to denote functions, accessories and physical size or weight of the goods we sell, are to the best of our knowledge, accurate. Due to the intricate hand manufacture involved some products may have slight differences, this is beyond our control.
Prices advertised on our website are correct when the page is published. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice. Delivery outside of UK will incur a small surcharge. Goods in our online shop are not sold on a trial basis. Retailers who may wish to carry products on a “sale or return” basis should contact us at [email protected]
Goods remain the property of mESMeRICK until they are paid for in full.
Methods of payment:
We accept payments online by PayPal. We also accept payments by cheque, made payable to mESMeRICK. Goods paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has arrived at our premises, been banked and cleared.
Refunds will be completed in the same manner in which you paid. For example, if you paid through PayPal, your refund will be via PayPal. If you paid by cheque, you will receive a cheque etc. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee on non-defective goods.
Refunds will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back in the condition in which they were originally supplied by us, i.e unwrapped and unused.
In the case of returned goods, you will be responsible for their return to us. We recommend using registered or recorded post.
Customer Service, Support and Complaints:
If you have a complaint about any of the goods we offer, the services we provide or about us, or if you need help or support with any purchase made from our website, you should contact us by either:-

You will receive acknowledgment of your complaint within 5 working days.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days of us receiving them.
If you feel we are not acting fairly, then we invite you to contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau, your local Trading Standards Office or Which? for advice.
mESMeRICK Code of Practice:
The above rules are our business rules and are designed to provide a safe environment for you to shop remotely.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our business rules.
Shipping and Returns
We currently dispatch all goods via the Royal Mail. We charge a fee based on the weight of your order and the number of parcels we can pack your goods in. Delivery is calculated using the online Royal Mail calculator plus a flat £1.00 handling and packing fee per each order.
If you would like a quote for delivery please do not hesitate to contact us before you order.
Goods ordered from mESMeRICK via the website will only be despatched when the payment has been recieved by us. For credit and debit card payments and PayPal we aim to dispatch the next working day.
Once goods are dispatched, an e-mail notification will be sent to you. Should you need to return goods to us please contact us first by e-mail.
We will notify you immediately upon receipt of your order if we expect a delay in dispatch for any reason.
